Contact Ratios are the Key!
I’ve talked about it before; contact ratio is the key. So how do you increase your contact ratio? This is an area that I’ve focused a lot of attention to in the past few weeks. One of the key areas of focus for Leads360 has always been contact ratios. We’ve built a lot in our LeadManager to help our clients achieve a significant increase in contact percentages. Recently I realized some clients were having poor results in this area and I realized we had a few holes in the software in terms of effective accountability for sales people on contact ratios. So once again we hit the drawing board and came up with 3 new reports that you won’t believe. All three reports focus specifically on improving contact ratios. More will be revealed …
